Types of examinations, travel to a location (costs per km?), discount for multiple exams?

Pre-employments:

This is a multi-issue examination prior to employment of candidate.

For example:

• Have you ever been arrested?
• Have you ever been a member of any criminal group?
• Have you ever committed any crime you did not tell me about?
• Have you ever stolen anything to the value of R 100 or more from a place of work?
• Did you withhold any information regarding your employment history?
• Did you ever give (provide) any information to anybody to assist with a crime at a workplace?

Questions can be changed to the requirements of the client, but a maximum of 6 questions.

Screenings:

This consists of fixed questions by the client to ensure that the employee is not involved in theft or any irregularities. It is done randomly.

For example:

• Did you help anyone to steal anything from the company?
• Did you steal anything from the company?
• Did you see anyone stealing anything from the company?
• Did you benefit in any way from theft from the company?

Diagnostic/Specific:

This is for a specific incident.

For example:

• Did you help anyone to steal the missing money from the company?
• Did you steal the missing money from the company?
• Did you see anyone stealing the missing money from the company?
• Did you benefit in any way from theft of the missing money?

Traveling costs:

This is applicable because it takes the Polygraph Examiner some time to get to the required destination and back to the office. Should the examination take place at the office, no traveling fee is applicable.
